Competition Performance Solutions Chase Cole Tried to steal my money

I ordered a vsracing brand turbo from cpraceparts.com (Chase Cole) and made payment using my paypal account in the amount of $1306.93 on a friday 03/10/23 . I contacted/called Chase (614-483-9002) to cancel the item the same day 03/10/23 and to stop the order but no one answered the phone. . Within 10-15 minutes he text messaged me back and I responded asking for the order to be cancelled/stopped. Chase said he would stop the order . Monday I noticed the money had been processed out of my bank 03/13/23 so I immediately messaged Chase about the money and got no reply.
So I contacted the vendor (vsracing) monday morning 03/13/23 ,that Chase uses to drop ship from, about the turbo I purchased to see if the order was stopped . Vsracing found my order and informed that they had not been contacted or had any cancel order by cpraceparts (Chase) . I asked vsracing if they could stop the order. They said the order had been shipped (ups) but they could stop the shipping and have it turned around and returned back to vsracing .And we agreed to do that .
Chase finally returns my message on wed 03/15/23 saying "the payment processed friday . I was able to contact ups to get them to return the product. your refund should be available shortly"
I immediately opened a case with paypal 03/15/23 after being lied to by Chase.. I was the one that got vsracing to contact ups not Chase.
I sent paypal the only info i had which was the text messages as Chase never sent any email with reciepts/documentation or anything.. Paypal asked me to provide documentation described as " A copy of the reciept that details your credit " I had no clue what paypal was talking about because I sent them the documents when i opened the dispute which was text messages only. They closed the case in his favor.. So now paypal is part of the scam !
Its 03/22/23 and I have not received my money from paypal or Chase .. both are scam artists... I am still working with paypal to resolve this issue but i dont believe they will because the claims dept is run by a rotation of outsourced 3rd world countries that are chronically incompetent ! Next I will be contacting my bank .
In closing its quite obviouse that rcraceparts is trying to keep my money .
