Consumer Distributions LLC Jonah Watson is a deceptive wholesaler with no intention to purchase Houston Texas
Jonah Watson of Consumer Distributions LLC will offer to purchase your home and then attempts to sale the home while it is under contract. He will stop responding in a timely manner to stretch the contract to the full 30 days, so he has more opportunity to try to sale the home (wholesale) and he will then pay you once he has the home sold himself.
This individual does not explain his scheme and no intention of actually purchasing your home, except for on the off-chance he is able to find another buyer at 20%+ increased cost. In all likelihood, you are about to have a month of your time wasted.
