Cook County Judge Naomi H. Schuster, a Judge in the Domestic Relations Division of Cook County Court, regularly violates an individuals' rights to the care of their children and to due process of law. There have been several complaints lodged against this fairly new appointee of the Circuit Court. Pro Se individuals facing contempt of court petitions, rule to show cause hearings, often face off against seasoned attorneys and often the states attorney's while Judge Naomi H. Schuster denies, or simply does not, offer counsel to the indigent as mandated by local rules to prevent constitutionally inappropriate jail sentences. The alleged contemnors often face jail time and heavy fines.
Judge Naomi H. Schuster uses the powers granted her by the people to punish the poor. She seems to display contempt for black or brown peoples. Upon being assigned to her, people of color, the poor, and males are encouraged to file substitution of judge motions at the earliest possible moment and get out of her courtroom.
Judge Naomi H. Schuster, uses her power and the full compliment of judicial authority to steer funds from the poor to her friends whom she appoints as family psychologists and child's reps.
When in her courtroom notice that she sneers, bares her teeth and squints her eyes. This display of aggression is indicative of contempt. Judge Naomi H. Schuster, unconsciously displays these signs when black and brown people are before her.
Do file Judicial Inquiry Board complaints against Naomi H. Schuster. Do your best to remove her from office by campaigning and complaining against her. She seems to display the profile of a sociopath and like many she may have sought office solely to grant her the authhority, power and carry out her personal prejudices. Judicial Cannon 63(c)(1) requires her to recuse herself where any reasonable person would think there might be bias. She does not know how to stop herself. BEWARE and do you best to steer cleat. Fight Judge Naomi H. Schuster by complaining and campaigning against her, it is the only way to remove her from the bench. There is no other way.

I was a victim of this injustice. State had no jurisdiction and she the judge still gave them the win . I provided evidence and the state attorney lied plenty of time and she Naomi h a hustler prejudice took the state side .

And I mean legitimate proof of what you say. If not it is just your opinion and I am guessing that your children were removed from you custody because of infractions on your behalf.
