David Atlas Tashman Sound Express USA Sound Express Car audio David Tashman tried to lure me and my underage child to his garage. Mansfield Texas
Mr. Tashman told me inspire of having researched him that he work out of his home. When infact he was mobile. When I refused to go to David's garage he proceeded to purchase a background report on me and then posted my private information online.
There are no telling what perverse things David Tashman would have done to both me and my underage child had I gone to his home.

To Heather,
You were never given the address to my garage. As seen in the picture of the email attached we required payment and confirmation for your appointment before we would send you the address because of safety concerns (Given the way you were acting, case and point). Please cease and desist all communication to myself (David Tashman) and my business (Sound Express).
Please excuse my typo in the confirmation email: "*Once appointment has been confirmed I will send you my residence address for the appointment.*"

Mr. David Tashman, Please do us all a favor and stop with your constant attempt in trying to excuse your preverse actions. Lol the only thing you are doing is digging your hole further.
It won't work especially when you're preverted actions were directed towards a minor child. If you would like to continue however feel free you're only helping my case. Lol Have a good day David.

To: Heather Trucker (Author of allegations towards myself and my business)
When you contacted us for assistance we provided several options to try to help you with your daughters vehicle. You proceeded to schedule an appointment for our mobile service in which we come to you. You then argued that our pricing was too high for your budget and asked if I could provide a discount based around being a single mom with a limited budget.
I then gave you the option to bring the vehicle to us and discounted the pricing due to not having to travel. Rarely do we provide this option however you acted in dire need of help. For my safety I required confirmation and payment of the appointment before I would release my address to you (Clearly stated in the email sent).
You then disagreed to confirm and pay for the appointment which is perfectly fine. At that point all forms of communication should have ended. You then continued communication by threatening our business in the form of leaving 1 star reviews on Google unless we provided free services to you. Threatening and harassing a business with the goal of recieving compensation is a serious offense.
Then you claimed we shared your personal information online, we did not. You continued to send incoherent emails, one with my personal address with the message "Let us find out how many people show up to your house shall we." At that point we sent you a cease and desist email, however, you continue to comminicate and harass us both publicly and privately.
Now you have created these false allegations here on Ripoff Report, claiming I tried to lure both you and your daughter to my garage. Not only is this disgusting but also a serious allegation with no validity behind it (We never send you our address). I have filed a harassment report against you with the Mansfield, TX police department and have hired legal counsel. There is no need for further communication, please cease and desist all communication towards both myself (David Tashman) and my business (Sound Express).
