Dell kept stringing me along with acceptable delays in the shipment of my protective backpack. Overtime it became unnaceptable as the icy weather meant I needed a protective backpack as soon as possible.
All they offered me is a different backpack and free shipment. I would have been satisfied with a more apologetic response and fair discount.
