DHgate sold a key cutting machine to me which does not do any job Calgary Alberta
Purchased a key cutting machine on Nov. 01, 2020 from DHgate.com, paid CAD $277.54, did not use it for 10 months. In Sept. 2021, tried my best to cut a key but failed. Contacted DHgate.com and seller many times, even sent them two machine operating videos, no solutions come.
I am a handyman and do not like complaint, if this machine works 80% its job, I could tolerate keeping it, just it is not doing anything and even waste my key blanks
