Dollar Car Rentals DO NOT RENT FROM DOLLAR CAR RENTALS IN HANOVER, MD. Hanover Maryland
On or about Nov 24 I was mislead into believing that I would be able to make reservation to rent a car. I had a issue with google and paypal they took all of my money which made it impossible to pay a security deposit. When i went to cancel the reservation the representative told me that the reservation was of a special type and that it could not be canceled and therefore my money would not be refunded and I would receive no services what so ever. This company totally ripped me off they took my money did not provide me with any services at all then refused to give me a refund told me to read the fine print and hung up the phone on me
