Elaqua Elaqua electric personal watercraft They are advertising electric jetski's or personal watercraft that don't exist. Asking for deposit payments Newport california
Elaqua is promoting themselves as an new up and coming electric jet ski manufacture. They are offering proerders online where you have to hand over $1000 deposit which they state is fully refundable. Although they dont have any pyshical store front, manufacturing complex or anyway of tracking them down. They use a virtual address on their website. Plus they make you agree to a very dodgey class action waiver saying you give up any rights to take the company or its owners to court.
The product doesnt exsit. The photos on thier website are pictures of seadoo jetskis just modified and blurred. The other photos are renders. They have vdieo of a jet ski driving down a river but its take at least 100 metres away.
They are playing on people wanting the latest and greats electric products. But dont hand over any money until you can see and touch 1 of these jetskis.
