Emmanuel Transport Services / E Transport & Export Services They offered selling merchandise for export shipping. Sent me an invoice and I paid the invoice ($4500.00) on November 15, 2021. They kept the money and did not send me the order. El Paso Texas

Emmanuel Transport Services / E Transport & Export Services (Alex Wood) offered merchandise for export shipping. They sent me an invoice and I paid the invoice ($4500.00) on November 15, 2021. They kept the money and did not send me the order. I was told the order would ship in one week. AFter the one week mark I contacted them and I was told the incoming inventory was bad and there is a delay.
The next excuse was there was low inventory. The next excuse was the holidays. The next excuse was that that the owner, Alex woods's daughter was sick and he was helping her. The next excuse was that he was in Mexico wtih milited cell service. At this poing I requested a refund (December 23, 2021) and I was told he couldnt wire from Mexico.
The next excuse was that he he a company he works with in Texas and they would send me the refund. I never recieved my refund, order and at this point they are ignoring my requests for the refund.
