I’ve emailed them multiple times, but they’ve only responded twice. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, they refuse to refund my money and have since stopped responding altogether. In essence, they’ve taken my money, and I’m left with neither the shoes nor a refund. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Took my money and never sent the product! Duluth, GA
