We hired them in November, but they finally came to do the work in February.
We had spoken to them about feras and anxieties we had about out home.
Specifically we have a 40 foot indoor pool. We were told via verbally, email and phone- a swell as an additional set of conversations with the contractor to rest assured, all would be taken care of.
By mid job, I came home to find debris in the pool. That the pool itself was not covered at all.
Debris had gotten in. 
After that we had a meeting, the owner cassie acceded verbal responsibility stating to all of us "yes we should have covered the pool. We made a mistake"
They returned the next week, to complete the job but had the incorrect materials to so, and then were deceptive about the details. Hence we had no choice but to let them go- and seek another company.
Meanwhile, upon reaching out to a pool company about the repairs (So far estimated at 1400.00
We tried to discuss this with the company who are unwilling to negotiate at ALL on the matter, and so nowe have to go after them legally to hire someone to return our pool to functionable- and to reume the rest of the air safe for our children and pets.
