etsy alfindingsltd They were unable to understand what my problem is even though I spelled it out exactly what was wrong. They are giving me the run around! Illinois
I ordered a universal clock winding key because I did not know the size of the key that I needed. On the universal key, the number 4 fit the clock perfectly so I ordered a size 4 key. However, the size four key that they sent was too big. Size 4 apparently is different on different products. Trying to get them to fix the problem is next to impossible. There is no phone number to contact them and they are dragging their feet to fix the problem. Needless to say, I am tired of waiting and will never use this site again! Buyer beware!
