Everlasting Mobility Lie don’t call when they say Lincoln Nebraska
We bought a Ewheels scooter through Everlasting Mobility. The scooter was shipped with missing parts. The reverse and forward not working. It is almost impossible to contact Everlasting Mobility. They don't answer phone calls. The don't return phone calls. We have been trying to return the scooter for over 2 months. Finally filed complaints with the BBB, FTC and attorney general. It's sickening when they say they will call you back and they don't. They don't answer emails for weeks at a time. They should not be allowed to be in business. It's been an on going battle for over 2 months and still no resolution. They won't call back so here I am.
