EVOLVE BUSINESS ADVISORY Tom Greenwood Have not paid for services completed. Oakville ON
I was contracted by Evolve to do Controls Engineering work withTesla in Fremont CA. Starting 2022-06-13 and ending 2022-08-03. Over this time I was not paid at all. The total sum of what I amowed by Evolve is $27,114.39 including Wages, Per Diem andExpenses.
Tesla paid Evolve in a timely fashion and in full. I havereceived one payment as of 2022-09-06 of $6,836.34. This isafter countless emails, phone calls and texts. The vast majority ofwhich went without any response. If there was a response itwas/is some far out excuse as to why I was not getting paid. Longstory short this whole situation has very much thrown my financesout of sorts; as well as cause me and my family a great deal forstress both finically and mentally.
I would like to recoup what is owed to me ASAP. But also warn others to avoid this companyand in particular Tom Greenwood the president as being un-trustworthy and the worst kind of smooth talking con-man.
