Evony LLC is under Top Games Inc. Initially the game presents as a puzzle game until the user discovers it is a war game. As a new user you are informed you have 3 days to change server. Unfortunately, this is not time enough to know what the game is about nor how the server dynamic will become. Initially the game markets itself as a puzzle game versus a war strategy game. Current marketing stunts display a shooting range type game and not a war game which in itself is highly misleading.
At the time I began the game, I thought I downloaded a puzzle game. I was unaware of it being a war strategy game and it did not come with any instructions, just recommendations for me to find blogs and vlogs about the game. Upon finding some level of entertainment within the city development and war concepts of the game, the user begins experiencing many issues with the developer and its customer support team.
Support typically sends system message replies without proper problem resolution. When purchasing game packages, often items are missing. The game has constant updates that kill your ability to continue to use the app on your mobile devices. During the updates some of your account data is lost. If you don't keep inventory of the items within your account the company will steal your items without you knowing. For users that keep track, they fight with support to recover their items wiped off of their accounts from these updates. The game has innumerable glitches and software issues that impact the way the game performs. It will literally ruin your battlefield experience as with become expensive with significant financial loss when these software problems occur during server war. Support does not compensate your financial losses due to problems with the game itself, all while knowing they have ongoing unresolved systems issues. There are various complaints found on the Better Business Bureau site as with Reddit and within the varous Facebook groups regarding Evony. Customer Support is informed of players cheating, point trading, gaming fruad, and hacking other user accounts, which most definitely ruins the quality of the gaming experience, yet they do nothing to honor any of their terms of service.

Nine times out of ten, you can expect support will not resolve anything promptly reported them. Support has a terrible work ethic as they push to quickly close your unresolved support ticket. There is no strategy to this game as the developer claims. It is literally a game based on battle credit cards with other users finances. I don't recommend this company nor the game.
