Reco Faines is a bully and a liar. He just bought the apartment at 1013 N. 5th Riverton, IL sight unseen when he came to inspect the apartment he was very rude. And he was very demanding telling me to take my service animal outside because his wife was supposedly scared of animals he also illegally tried to evict me and my wife because he wanted to up the rent not honor our old lease from other landlord.
We recently moved there 6 months ago. The apartment is badly run down he's not planning to repair but yet he wants to try to charge a high rent as 650 a month. The apartment is not worth 650.00 dollars do not rent from R&L Holdings 1, INC. Or buy an automobile from Reco Faines or Faines Auto they are lemons and will break down.

Back in October of 2021, I bought a 2007 F350. I tried to get him down on price but he wouldn't budge! I paid $27,500 for a lemon of a truck that they knew had tons of problems!!!!!! I paid the full asking price. Got it home, and took it directly to a good diesel mechanic friend of mine to have him give it a good look over. The front lockers were shot, the front drive shaft was shot, the Head gaskets were blown, the instrument cluster took a dump ( lost all gauges etc). Leaked from front windshield. interior was all amess. Shortly after spending only $11,000 to fix all of these problems on top of the $27500 I already paid for this lemon, drove it for a little while, and now my brakes don't even function!!!! Come to find out, all my brake calipers, dust shields, emergency brakes all need replacing!!!!! I have not even driven this thing 500 complete miles yet, since I bought it in october of 2021!!!! This SOB ripped me off and I know he has ripped off so many more!!!! I just pisses me off to high heaven every time I hear of Faines or even look at my truck now!!! All I can do is look at it. I look at it and it breaks down is how bad I got ripped off!
