Family Prepping Association orderred and paid for merchandise never sent Newhall California
I ordered two N99 Mask for the advertised price of $ 29.99, my credit card was charged on March 20,2020, twiuce for $ 29.99 and once for $ 19.99, confirmation for my order # 1993 was received on my e-mail on March 19, 2020, indicating that Due to high demand there would be a 10-20 business days delay for my mask(s) to arrive, thanking me for my purchase and to refer them to others indivuduals. signed by (John, President Fam Prep)
yhe e-mail also showed another Address i.e. 1913 Ellesmere Loop, Roseville, Californin, 95747
I have sent e-mails to inquire of the whereabout of the promised mask and the overcharges. As of this date june 26th I have not received an answer, merchandise or any credit card adjustments.
Do I just have to accept that I was scammed and write of the loss, which I can handle, exept there must be others that shoud be warned?
