I signed up for a promo on July 1, 2024 that allowed you to play $50 daily on live blackjack and get $10 bonus daily.  So I went out and bought a gift card and deposited my money.  Played first 2 days and after they didn't give me bonus went into chat, they said the promo had been cancelled and gave me 20 but said I had to play the rest due to a system issue.  I only deposited because of the promo so I told them it was bait and switch.  Then I asked for a manager and they claim they only do email.  They took days to respond so I added the CEO.  This was after the promo was over and then they said they would give me my money back but put it on the gift card without asking if I had the gift card and then it turns out they only put $25 of the money and as of that point with winnings I was at $275.  I message them and they stop responding for days again.  At this point I have filed claims with gaming commission and bbb.  Bruce comes in and tells me I voluntarily deposited money and they can cancel a promotion when they want which is the definition of bait and switch.  He eventually refunds my money but suspends my account saying violating terms.  So they messed up numerous times, told me I should not trust their promotions and lost my money for several days and I'm the one suspended.  Do not use fanduel.  They are shady.
