FBS Property Management Neil Fjellestad Company promised that backyard would be landscaped before we rented a home in January 2018. Still not done after about a dozen conversations and emails. San Diego CA
Company promised that backyard would be landscaped before we rented a home in January 2018. Promised again in December 2018 before lease renewal in January that it would be completed in 1Q2019. It is now May 9, 2019 and it still is not even started.
They refused to give any rent reduction. They also do not fulfill obligation to send a landscape maintenance crew regularly to keep things neat. The back yard is like an open field in a poverty-stricken neighborhood, yet the neighborhood is actually a $1million+ home area.
