Since contacting the FBI in Portland, OR, the Department of Homeland Security, the Portland Multnomah County Attorney, the Oregon State Attorney General's Office, the Portland Police Department, and sending a Certified Legal Cease and Desist letter to Perforce.com Perforce Software, Inc Offices this torture and daily harassment has continued and my life is in danger daily.
I don't know what else to do. I need someone to help me.

Konrad Litwin is a Reptilian and the General Manager of Perforce Software, Inc, and has been a willing participant in this ordeal as of late. They are actually a black-hat division of the goverment. They view me as a problem, and are trying to kill me daily with Remote Energy Weapons and Remote Neural Monitoring and Control. This is actually a black-hat group of the NSA.
I know this sounds crazy, but this is true. They have a black-hat project through the Department of Homeland Security and NSA.
