After opening box (which is damaged), removing the mat's plastic cover, there are long slashes in the mat. I called Floating Mats customer service. I sent in pictures. They refused to help in anyway. They refused to resolve in any way. I was called a liar.
It is clear a forklift damaged the box and the mat. It seems to me they are going out of business and that's why they do not care.
