Four Peaks Apartments stole $300.00 from me by refusing to return my application deposit after I canceled move-in Fountain Hills Arizona
I put down a 300.00 application deposit for an apartment then decided not to take the apatment. The paperwork said the price was good through March 27, 3 days after I put down the money... when I called to cancel on March 27th they said deadline to cancel was 48 hours and I missed the deadline by an Hour...
