I opened up a checking account about a month ago. I was not told that deposits would take nine business days to have access to funds, as compared to three days I am used to with other banks.
I mentioned that I use e-checks and was led to believe I could use them with this account. After extensive struggling, I was informed that I cannot draw checks on the checking account. That's right, a checking account on which I cannot draw checks.
On top of that, I requested a wire transfer of available funds to another bank. Again, I was not told there would be a delay. Now I find out that the wire transfer was cancelled without my being informed that they were going to do so or had done so.

So you've seen the agreement? You know the terms and conditions? You work for this bank?

Anytime anyone opens up a checking account, they must AGREE to Terms and Conditions of the deal. ALL THOSE MATTERS which you list are covered by that AGREEMENT which YOU AGREED TO. What you're here to do is admit to the world like thousands of others with ZERO FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE that YOU didn't even bother to READ what you were agreeing to before you AGREED to it! Yes sir...highly, highly intelligent! Am I ever impressed!!!
