After purchasing a "rebuilt" transmission it didn't even work one day and the $1,000 spent on it was wasted I spoke with Kevin Karwat and he said that he would make things right, this was in April, 2019. Kevin called in June and August 2019 stating that he wanted copies of all invoices for all problems that he would gladly reimburse me for all expenses. I emailed the invoices to him on September 1, 2019. After that all calls to him were not accepted and there was no response to my emails. I have spoken with other "department managers" and they were unable to help. The costs incurred due to the first transmission being defective were $1000.00 for the transmission, $750.00 for installation and $1,302.17 for resetting of the computer and installation of the second transmission. Since I am a senior citizen and live on an exremely fixed budget, this has been a traumatic experience. It is my hope that you will be able to help in recovering the monies due me.
