If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. One of the most dishonest and sleaziest dealerships I’ve ever dealt with! Run for the hills! They will charge you 11k OVER MSRP! really wish I can go back in time and not bought from here. My fault for not clearly looking at the paperwork before I signed. They will take it advantage of single women! How are you going to charge someone $38k for a $27k car?? After the fact, I called 3 different Kia dealerships. All said I was robbed blind. THEN.. I called Christian, and he said they can up-charge whatever they want on vehicles. How do these people sleep at night?

Merchants can charge whatever they want for their goods and services. You admit your failure to read before signing. Now you are suffering from a case of buyer's remorse.
Happy motoring!

It is their job to sell you a car for as much cash as they can get. It is your job to read the paperwork before you sign anything. And yes, they are well within their rights to mark up the vehicle as much as they want. You are well within your rights to walk away if you are not happy with the price. If you sign papers without reading them, there are far worse things that can happen to you than simply overpaying for a car. Get in the habit of reading everything you sign.

With any Greenway dealership, gender, race, age or any other descriptor DOES NOT MATTER. Their reputation is VERY WELL KNOWN among other dealers, consumer lawyers, the court system and many customers who have been DEFRAUDED by this slime ball organization. You didn't even bother to READ your paperwork BEFORE you signed it, did you? What about the BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONEY FEES? You didn't see that, did you??? If YOU would have READ what you were signing, YOU could have WALKED OUT because it was VERY OBVIOUS what they were doing. No, don't blame them and pull out the discrimination sympathy card. YOU failed to READ your paperwork; YOU failed to check their reputation; YOU had NO CLUE what the price of the car should have been BEFORE you went into to this SLEAZY PLACE.

You could have stopped your report after this line.
My fault for not clearly looking at the paperwork before I signed.
A dealer can charger whatever they want it is called the Manufactures SUGGESTED Retail price. As for the other dealers telling you that you were robbed blind. Guess what, given the opportunity they would have done exactly the same thing. After the fact they are playing the "Good Guy" so that when you need a new car you would remember this and hopefully go to them. I would bet that each of those dealers have some sort of markup on their vehicles.
