Hagerty insurance Essentia insurance company Florida Denied an ACV $340,000 claim on my Lamborghini because the family member driving it at the time is a lifestyle consultant concierge they claimed the car was being used as a rental and had zero proof of this it was my personal vehicle for 20 months all this after took 45 days and I had to give ultimatum to repair my vehicle basically the used bad faith in their decision and intentionally did this bc I called Florida dept of insurance on them and the BBB Traverse city Michigan

On may 16 2023 my Lamborghini Huracan was involved in an accident a family member was driving it lost control and hit a telephone pole they allowed my car to sit in the tow yard ten days with the top down so it was flooded this happened in Miami they then had it towed to a Lamborghini certified bodyshop where they denied to have the shop do an estimate bc it would cost $30,000 so that had they're appraiser do one from parts off the internet his words not mine then the whole estimate miraculously was deleted another two week delay then when they finally got the so called guesstimate the claims adjuster was on vacation for a week after speaking to the Lamborghini collision center in west palm fantastic collision and they are fantastic btw they know Lamborghinis they helped sway them to total it so they called me and said it's going to be totaled the very next day they send me an email saying they believe my family members involved with an exotic rental car business and this is their reason for denying my claim when in actuality he is a consultant for an art gallery concierge service has never rented this vehicle was driving it home for me at the time needless to say this has been the most horrific experience losing my favorite car ever but being treated like a criminal by the insurance company I paid in full every year I will be removing my whole collection from this company Geico treated me better x10 than this company I do not recommend they give the personna they are on the side of the car lover and have their back when in reality it's all a marketing ploy they could care less about you or making you whole stay far away from these scammers

I’ll try and be more proper next time in the way I write things sorry I don’t have a lot of time I run 7 companies and make millions the way I wrote it wasn’t that serious to me just getting the message out about Hagerty so no one else loses $ I’m over it honestly don’t care already made that back 50x over bought an SVJ and got a real insurance company here’s you’re period get a life for real.

Way back in GRADE SCHOOL, little children are taught how to write in sentences, capitalization, punctuation and proper sentence structure. Anybody with half a brain can read other people's writing and see this is the grown up way to write. Here you come and all this is one long run-on sentence WITHOUT any of proper methods of writing which these "highly educated" grade school children use! Isn't that amazing??? Oh, the car didn't "lose control", the DRIVER LOST CONTROL which makes this a 100% PREVENTABLE COLLISION and not an "accident"! Since this matter involves many aspects of insurance coverage, policy provisions, exclusions and other aspects of the Contract of Coverage, due to your obvious inability to write at even a grade school level, you will have no capacity to understand all the ramifications of coverage. Find someone who can explain the obvious to you. Maybe they can draw pictures for you to understand. If you need to write anything, find a grade school age child who has that ability since very obviously you don't.

NOTHING has changed in booking reservations for anything. YOU CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY and make the reservation! You do not need any of this third party trash to do it for you. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Avoid these problems in the future. Book it DIRECTLY yourself. YOU DO NOT NEED ANY OF THIS TRASH. You can do anything they do and not involve a middle man.
