Helalo Brands M&N LLC BackReliever They will not allow returns - if you insist you must send product back to a province in China.
Bought a back brace for $79.95. It was charged to my account immediately. The item didn't fit me as I'm very petite. The product came with no information on where to return if it didn't fit. They have advertised money back guarante. Tried finding out where they are located - only a post office box in Miami but LLC located in Florida and Texas. Phone number doesn't work, They finally emailed me back and said I have to send product back to China and then they will refund my order. They say they are a small US owned company but have no office facility or warehouse in America. Had to open fraud case with my credit card company.
