Already made a complain in the FTC
In 21 of July, I make a purchase of this item about 22$ it cost me, so when I was going to buy it I saw they were offering a 22$ shipping fee for a range of 1-3 days so my order could arrive faster so I decided to buy the shipping fast method. Finally paying double so my order could arrive on the according date but then I got an email saying there was going to be a delay until August 3. They send the item 12 days later (they said) is August 10 the item hasn't arrived yet. I asked them to give me a refund for the shipping fee because they FAILED to provide me the service I was charged for. They answer me with an email that has nothing to do with the email I sent before. Since then I haven't received anything from them.
Do not buy the Fast method shipping fee just wait and do not buy that option is not only happen to my also some friends and people in the internet had the same issue.
