Back in April of 2021, we started receiving a bill for our normal Delmarva bill. We also started receiving a bill that included Horizon p&l supply charges. I have called multiple times I have wrote all dates and names.

Today I finally"talked to a manager/supervisor" named Oscar. Not only did he give me the same speech that the first 3 people I had spoke with he would not allow me to speak with his supervisor. I asked for any contact information for his superior but he would not budge.

They keep saying that "well we waived the early termination fee, and some one will be investigating the original call" I have waited over 3 months for the call to be "investigated" I have explained time and time again why would we agree to pay extra on the budgeted bill!!!

I have refused to pay their portion, I spoke with Delmarva so ensure I was only paying their portion. I will be contacting a lawyer for fraud because this is ridiculous. Every time I call I asked for a manager and was told they weren't available. I repeated I will wait on hold if I have too. Still nothing untill today where I spent 1 hour and 27 minutes on the phone with them. Arguing to speak to either higher up or the recording department. All my attempts were DENIED. I am beyond frustrated now.
