Hostgator Prasidh from hostgator and the rest are a pure scam!!! Houston Texas
Prasidh J from hostgator mislead me on the terms during the chat. He gave me three terms, with monthly payments and never stated that each term would require the entire payment to be paid up front. Conveniently left that part out of the chat, and the minute I saw the charge on PayPal, I connected with them again in their chat line stating this was a misunderstanding and their response is, "too bad so sad, we will charge the full amount and there is no refund”. I asked them for the chat transcript and they won’t provide that either. This is fraud of a bait and switch at the highest level, but since there is no regulators they feel the need to lie and cheat with their customers. Meanwhile we been with hostgator for 10 years and this is how they treat their long time client! We filed a dispute with PayPal because this is beyond belief at this moment.
