I ordered TWO (2) 5-packs of CGC comic book boxes for $62.25 each. My order numbers are #39872 and #39873. This was on March 26, 2024. Charles Cerrito, co-owner of this SCAM outfit that sells comic book supplies, promised to ship me BOTH orders the very next day, March 27, 2024 and advised that he would be packing all TEN (10) boxes into one FedEx box. He provided the same FedEx tracking number for both orders. FedEx box arrived today and only contained FIVE (5) CGC comic boxes. The FedEx box was NOT damaged and it was sealed when I received it. So greaseball Charles Cerrito thinks that he will beat me out of $62.25. NOT HAPPENING. Chargeback initiated for $62.25 with TD Bank. Read his numberous bad reviews on Yelp. He has a history of screwing over his customers. Avoid this lowlife meatball at all costs or you WILL also be ripped off! You have been warned!

Here are some of his other complaints:

Just the worst, went to a convention and when I asked about books I needed for my collection was told "CHECK MY EBAY!" in the rudest manner. These guys seem to be real pricks and jerks, If I was at least treated kinder I'd have spent money with them but their attitudes and demeanor show that they are just asshats. Don't bother dealing with these guys for supplies, just go to BCW and Ultra Pro instead. At least there you get treated with respect instead of garbage.

Placed an order for 1 case of modern bags and one case of modern boards on 9/26. I did not receive any sort of order confirmation email, and thought maybe i had entered my email wrong. I tried to access my account online but did not remember the random password the site assigned to me, so i clicked lost password, got nothing. I emailed directly about my concerns and received a short email addressing only the fact that they received the order and it would be shipped the next day. A week after the order was placed i sent another email inquiring as to the whereabouts of the package, or if a tracking number was available or any info really. It seemed odd for ups to take a week to deliver a package from long island to the bronx. No response. After two weeks i sent another email detailing my frustration with being charged, receiving no product, and no responses to my inquiries. Chargeback filed, waiting on that. Their loss, as this would probably an every 4-6 week standing order.

Their customer service is non existent.

Avoid at all costs, since they will just ignore you anyway.
