I Ordered an item for my child because it stated on the site it will be shipped between 24-48 hours; well that was five days ago. I decided to cancel the order, I sent an email to the address provided via Shop that provides the tracking update, and it was returned undeliverable because it does not exist. I’ve sent to communications on the company’s website and their social media page, and no response.
