Buyer beware!! Do not use this service. They will block your phone number so that you have no way of reaching back to them, after they receive payment. I contacted both phone numbers on their website 501-585-7006 and 916-888-9286.
Spoke with "CC aka Cici aka Celia B Dean" who seemed pleasant and knowledgeable, convincingly well enough that I made a small Venmo payment in the amount of 45.00 for the service of unlocking my IMEI for my cell phone.
She appeared responsive and attentive ..but then stated that she needed to to do extra work to get it removed due to the phone being on sprint. She said that she spoke with supervisor and could do it for another 29 since she started the process already. She stated that it is usually a much higher amount.
Again this was small enough to not bring up too much of a red flag. Work was not done and she became unresponsive after the second payment. Called both phone numbers and was promptly blocked by both. Called from another number and they picked up (go figure!) than hung up on me once I told them who I was.
I can't imagine how many people they have done this to and with the charges being small amounts, it is truly unsuspecting AND feels harmless. Please everyone reading this .. do not fall into the trap or be fooled.
They have some reviews on their Wordpress website, one mentions that she was concerned about bad reviews and was glad that she took the chance but I truly think this is another way to trip up the insuspectjng consumer to feel that they are getting a great deal and service... and to take the chance! (which is BS). Also mentions money back gaurantee .. also BS. What you will get is being blocked!
Take heed, this ripoff review is nothing but 100% authentic. Please be aware and move on from this company and rhe people who are stealing from people. They work nationwide per cici. Careful all!

My account of the events that took place was way too detailed to be fake. What is fake is the owners rebuttal. It appears he or she is pretending to be a customer (?) LOL. Take a second look on who reported the rebuttal! Buyer beware (once again). We ended up having to go to our carrier to unlock the phones.
This company will sell you on their pleasant and knowledgeable demeanor but will drop you once payment is made and issues arise. When I say drop... I mean they will block your number from calling them. Ask yourself....How could someone make that up? I personally, would have never expected that from any "company”. There is a first time for everything.. and now I know!
Don’t trust them and save your money. Any further rebuttals from the company or 'customers’ are sure to be fake news. ***As we all are aware, Customers rarely take the time to defend a company’s reputation. However customers who have been WRONGED and SCAMMED will get the word out for certain ..not only for selfish reasons (I.e. self deflating from a horrible experience), but to also let others know before they go down the same path.
The costs were small in nature (less than $100 loss). Not only is it about the money, it’s about the principle and lack of integrity of certain individuals. Imagine their profits from the number of unaware buyers! I will NEVER understand how there is sub-humans out there making money through dishonest and unethical methods.
It’s shameful and disgusting. At end point, speaking to consumers- it is your choice but consider this review a huge red flag. A review like this would have given me an opportunity to make a better decision for myself. Have a blessed day all!
