Israel Farkash Ahron Berlin The two biggest scammers I have ever encountered in my entire life. They stole money from me, pretended to be lawyers and refuse to return my money. New York Fair Lawn, New Jersey and Brooklyn, New York
I encountered Mr. Israel Farkash. He advertises that he's a brilliant lawyer, trained in Germany, and highly skilled and experienced in New York, New Jersey, Washington DC and the Supreme Court. When I spoke with him, he confirmed he's a licensed attorney. He took a $20,000 retainer -- insisting only cash -- and then told me he will meet me the next week.
When we met the next week, Mr. Farkash told me he's licensed in Germany, not in the United States, but that his status as non-attorney is a benefit, not a detriment. His explanation was simple: Lawyers have to abide by the law and professional rules. But Mr. Farkash explained that by making up stories about the parties, lawyers and judges, he, as a pro se who would be assigned my cause of action, make the lawyers and judges "understand" that there's no point in fighting him, and easily get a settlement. He told me that if anyone "dares" to contest his actions, he goes after people together with Ahron Berlin (he laughed a lot when he described how Berlin just allows him to use his name and file nonsense about others). He told me he does this even if the parties have a judgment against them; he just pursued people again and again in different states; that he accuses innocents as accomplices in fraudulent schemes they never even knew about; lies that notarized signatures are forgeries -- whatever it takes, and he claimed he always wins. He also told me he can get my signature notarized without my being there, because he "knows a guy" who'll notarize it anyway.
I felt very uneasy. Aside from his admission that he's a crook of the lowest kind, Mr. Farkash is extremely sure of himself. He is also unusually fat, unkempt, obviously uneducated and extremely inarticulate. I asked him for my money back. Then, he laughed. He told me if I ever try to "defraud" him of his retainer "again", his wife will file a "lawsuit" against me claiming that I tried to rape her. Then, he told me he's an expert at having his way, that he sues even court staff members for "fun" and that he would not hesitate to do that to me if I "dare" to "lie" that I didn't get his "services." He told me his wife -- Sara (is that even her name?) -- is a "pro" at pretending to be raped, as well. I dont even know what the hell that means.
So here I am calling his bluff. Mr. Farkash, I will start with this, and proceed through legal channels as well. I will not allow you to ever take advantage of other people again with phony documents, threats and lies. The world will know who you are one way or another because, guess what, I spoke to others and they're going to the authorities too.
Israel Farkash is a thug, a fraud, a liar, and possibly a sociopath. Stay far, far away from him and Mr. Berlin. You can smell him from a mile away.
