Jennifer Loyola is the director of the Guerlain Spa, and instead of working, she steals anything she can get her hands on. She thinks she runs the place, so she steals Guerlain products, money, and the tips from the staff. She made a pathetic attempt at becoming a singer, but since she has zero talent, she just embarrassed herself even more and made no money. She's stupid and broke (and ugly) so she steals and defrauds to stay afloat. Stay away from her!
