   SCAM!!=FIRST OFF, iT TooK EXACTLY 2 MONTHS TO EVEN RECEIVE MY 2 PAIRS OF MY JIVE MINI PODS.

   I WAS HUNG UP ON NUMEROUS TIMES OVER THE PAST WEEK, SAM AND THE OTHER AGENTS HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE.

   SO, AFTER GETTING MY 2 PAIRS- NEITHER PAIR WORK!! UNBELIEVABLE!! SOMETIMES ONE EARPHONE WORKS AND THE OTHER ONE DOESN'T WORK. 

   NOW, THIS IS ON BOTH PAIR!! SO, BEFORE I WROTE THIS REVIEW TODAY I HAVE EMAILED JIVE MINI PODS: WHICH I HAVEN'T HAD TIME TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THAT NEITHER PAIR WORK. HOWEVER, SO FAR THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE 30% OFF OUR TOTAL ORDER. YET WE'VE ALREADY BEEN PROMISED 20% OFF. SO, I HAVE BEEN CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNFORTUNATELY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS HAVE BEEN HANGING UP ON ME.

   NOT JUST ONCE. THIS HAS BEEN CONTINUING TO HAPPEN ON A DAILY BASES. THEY DO NOT WORK.

   CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN INDIA AND THE AGENTS LIE AND HAVE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I ASK THEM A QUESTION THEY DON'T WANT TO ANSWER.

   IT'S WAY MORE OF A HEADACHE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! EXTREMELY DECEIVING!! I'M GOING TO BE GETTING A REFUND AnD BUYING DIFFERENT PaiR.

  Do NOT buy!!

   Owner of 2 PAIRS of Jive Mini Pods for now. Horrible wireless headphones. They make them look good, but negative.

    They have just been a pain in the butt. Not to mention having to deal with their customer service agents, who I can barely understand. -Tom (Jive Mini Pods Owner)
