Jonathan Butkovsky, computer repair tech from Chicago, IL 60626 and sometimes known to frequent the state of Texas, and owner of mixmaster.webs.com

Here is a perfect example of a vindictive unhappy person. We just looked at his Yelp account and realize this unhappy human being, Jonathan Butkovsky, (computer repair tech from Chicago, IL 60626 and sometimes known to frequent the state of Texas, and owner of mixmaster.webs.com) has been writing bad reviews on Yelp over many years, pretty much ever since Yelp first started.

He has written 11 reviews on Yelp over the years, and only 1 of those 11 reviews WASN’T a negative 1 star review of a company!

This guy wears a troll mask, but he actually is a troll, he is an unhappy troll walking around being unhappy with everyone and everything around him. But of course his being a low life unhappy loser isn’t why I’m posting about him here today now is it?

This unhappy gentleman, Jonathan Butkovsky, (computer repair tech from Chicago, IL 60626 and sometimes known to frequent the state of Texas, and owner of mixmaster.webs.com) , not only pulled a fast one on my company back in January of 2019, he also decided to post bad online posts about us all over the internet shortly thereafter our calling him out on that days thievery.

He didn’t do a very good job of trying to taint us online because I’m only now seeing his negative posts. We had contracted Jonathan Butkovsky, (computer repair tech from Chicago, IL 60626 and sometimes known to frequent the state of Texas, and owner of mixmaster.webs.com) , to go onsite to a job he had requested from us through an online work and employment platform.

He sent his friend to arrive at my customer's house ahead of time, and before the official time of arrival, and this was done after he had been assigned to our work order, and AFTER his asking us for more money, and our DENYING him more money!

Jonathan Butkovsky, (computer repair tech from Chicago, IL 60626 and sometimes known to frequent the state of Texas, and owner of mixmaster.webs.com) immediately became vindictive, and he didn’t like it that we refused his new demands for more money before even arriving at our customers location, knowing the only reason we had given him our customers contact information and address was because he had first agreed to our work order under our work orders original terms and payment amount.

This slick unhappy troll sent his friend to work on our customer without our customer knowing the person who had knocked on the door was nothing more than an imposter sent by this troll so to trip us up and ruin our work order and ruin our customers perception of us later by arriving after wards and telling our customer that we are a scam and that it was I that sent another tech to her place BEFORE I EVER EVEN KNEW THERE WAS A PROBLEM!!!

We are shocked when our customer calls us to tell us that “someone already came and fixed the problem and she paid that person cash"! We were shocked that our customer would tell us such a thing , knowing that the ONLY other person that would have known her address WAS THIS TROLL BY THE NAME OF Jonathan Butkovsky, (computer repair tech from Chicago, IL 60626 and sometimes known to frequent the state of Texas, and owner of mixmaster.webs.com)!!!!!!!

This troll vindictively sent someone to our customer’s house ahead of our scheduled arrival time to STEAL OUR CUSTOMER from under us, and then later made it look like he has no idea!!! It doesn’t end there!

Because this racist , narcist troll (read the racially charged things he has written about us online), who thinks himself SUPERIOR to me and my company, wasn't going to be content with having stolen our customer from under us by sending his friend ahead of our official arrival time ,… YET ANOTHER PIECE OF INFORMATION THAT ONLY HE WOULD HAVE KNOWN,….because this troll was not going to be content with just that,…he then DEMANDS that we pay him for having driven out to our customer , and even after NOT HAVING PERFORMED ANY WORK AT ALL!!!!

Yes, that’s right,….he had his friend steal my customer, collect cash from my customer, and then after doing this DEMANDS that I pay him money for his having taken the trouble to drive out to have my customer tell him that HIS FRIEND HAD ALREADY ARRIVED AND COLLECTED MONEY FROM HER !!!!

Jonathan Butkovsky, (computer repair tech from Chicago, IL 60626 and sometimes known to frequent the state of Texas, and owner of mixmaster.webs.com)…YOU ARE A THIEF AND A VILE LIAR! Your defense was to attack us online, in attempts to hurt us for having “figured it out” and calling you out on it! You hate that we are sharper than you are; you HATE THAT DON’T YOU!?

#1 you arrived and customer had already paid your friend who you sent onsite ahead of you to collect cash directly from our customer

#2 We called the employment platform we hired you from right away to report the situation, and your superiors could actually hear our customer on the line saying she had already paid the gentleman who arrived before you in cash.

# 3 YOU DIDN’T TAKE OUR COMPANY INVOICE WITH YOU FOR OUR CUSTOMER TO SIGN BECAUSE YOU ALREADY KNEW YOUR FRIEND HAD MADE YOUR GOING THERE LATER AN UNNEEDED EVENT,… UNBEKNOWNST TO US AT THE TIME OF COURSE!

Your not taking our printed company invoice onsite with you to get signatures from our customer showing your time of arrival and time of departure would have been enough for us to not pay you, since IT'S WRITTEN IN OUR RULES PUT FORTH,...”TECH WILL NOT BE PAID IF HE DOESN'T PRODUCE THIS”.

But your sinister plan went above and beyond that didn’t it? Besides me….you were the ONLY other person that would have known my companies arrival time and my customers address and scope of work…….SO HOW HARD DO YOU THINK IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FOR ME TO FIGURE OUT IT WAS YOU!!??

#4 Why are you so eager to charge us and ask us to pay you to drive to our customer's house after you had already sent your friend?

To the public, look at all the negativity this person spews all over the internet, he’s like a walking trash can stinking up the place.

Another company this dishonest thieving troll has attacked and trashed all over the internet wrote the following in defense of their honest establishment from this Jonathan Butkovsky, (computer repair tech from Chicago, IL 60626 and sometimes known to frequent the state of Texas, and owner of mixmaster.webs.com

Comment from Business Owner Audrey S. of Electric Avenue

Dear Jonathan Butkovsky, according to our records of your visit 3 years ago, your 2009 Tank Urban Classic TK150 (not new, sitting abandoned for years with mud daubers completely clogging the exhaust and airbox) was dutifully repaired by Electric Avenue Scooters, but you paid $446.95, not the $1000 that you claim. Because of your stories of outlandish extenuating circumstances, you did not pay for the following new parts or associated labor on your scooter: 8-coil stator, RH switch assembly, LH switch assembly, throttle, brake master cylinder, battery, headlight bulb, fuel flush, carburetor clean, electrical diagnosis, oil change. Your story is not as you have told it!

"#2 We called the employment platform we hired you from right away to report the situation, and your superiors could actually hear our customer on the line saying she had already paid the gentleman who arrived before you in cash."

I arrived at a lady's house to install a Roku. She said someone JUST left, had installed it and paid cash. I think she simply insyalled it herself because she was void of any details about this man she randomly paid. The work looked professionally done, and it is possible to snatch a contract from workmarket.com before it's assigned since sloppy companies leave personal details in the private fields you can only see when you're accepted.

Regardless, I asked for compensation for my time. You had a private chat with an old lady and YOU forced her to still give up her credit card info; it's likely YOU weren't paid by the platform or such. I told the client to cancel her card after that call to you to decline the payment. There was no reason she should've been charged. There was also no reason you should've not paid me for my time. You charged her $189. I don't see why any engineer would believe the scenario that I sent my friend in an hour before hand to collect $200 just to only get $50 from you.

Why would have I had bothered with your company if I had stolen/duplicated the contract prior to being accepted? I would've been caught in your scenario. I wouldn't have needed to split the money. The stranger had lied and said he was likely with your company and my coworker when he showed up at the client's house an hour early. This scenario makes no sense that I'm guilty.. Customers, confirm your technician with a photo and time and cell #.

Do not accept strangers at strange times. These contracts can sometimes be intercepted and you can be scammed. I truly believe the scenarios I've stated above; the client installed the Roku herself, the client paid a stranger to do this, the contractor is trying to scam the customer and the engineer. I've experienced all 3 scenarios. This one takes the cake, as the contractor has hunted me down.

I had called him up and he uses fake names and addresses and numbers: I caught him here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=67MIPL4_540

Also, Bike shop.

You quoted me $400 exactly and I brought in a cashier's check. THEN you bought the parts for 3x. No. The bike still wasn't working fine. If you can't peice together a d**n Vespa with only 64 miles on it for $400 in 6 months... get lost.
