Mike, the owner signed a contract with me for my company to provide bi-weekly mowing to a property he owned in Lansing. First couple of months went fine and payments were made on time. Then after having an issue regarding weeds in the rock beds, he decided that it was okay to stop paying. Contract specifically states that areas outside the lawn are seperate and are not included in the standard mowing package.
He claimed that he was threatened with a fine from the village but failed to provide proof when asked. He also failed to notify me that the property was sold and that services were no longer needed. He owes me for 2 months worth of unpaid invoices in addition to late fees. He does not reply to emails and when attempting to call, he says "He's not here but I can take a message."
