JV Rent'All, Inc. JV Rent'All Scamming Customers Out of Money Key West Florida
Rented a golf cart from this company and returned it in the same good condition as when we received it. Later, was unknowingly charged $410.68 for a "damaged windshield" when there was absolutely no damage to the windshield.
The charge went through and have been trying to dispute this but because the company has you sign a damage waiver before hand and handwrites what was "damaged" the credit card company can only do so much. When calling the company the employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. No damage pictures were taken.
Based on other reviews on Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc., they are doing this to others.
