$900.00 In damage to my vehicle. Beaverton Kaddy Car Washes , It seemed like they were going to make it right and then told me since the damage wasn't repetitive down the side of my car that it wasn't from their machines- So they are not going to pay for it. Huge waist of time and one hell of an expensive car wash.
The strategy of their explanation behind what they pay for and what they don't pay for seems like a great way to get out of paying for anything ever. This will go up on rip off report .com with images as well as the paperwork they provided me and the quote for the damages from their body shop they use locally (who by the way said they do repairs for body damage for them all the time, when i mentioned this to their manager he said yeah that's usually vehicle collisions).
Telling me your 8 years in the car wash business and your not going to cover the repair just lost my trust for sure and i feel obligated to share this with the public. Any questions call me Mike W 503-928-2172
Dont take your car here, go down to beaverton carwash just up the street, at least they know how to buff out any surface damage and do touch ups IF it ever happens-
