I paid a lot of money for this Keocera E4831 that is supposed to be one of the best ones I could buy from UScellular.

It started out working well but I'm glad I didnn't respond to the email asking me if I "loved" my Keocera.

One day not more than a couple of months after I bought it, I tried to use it and found it would not call a  number when I dialed one and then it would give me a frozen screen.

I had to open it up with a straitline screwdriver and take the battery out and put it back in and then close it up again.

At first I thought this would be an isolated occurance.

Then it started happening more and more often.

My last Keocera NEVER gave me this problem!

I don't see why they can't just upgrade and improve your old cel instead of making you get a new one.

I'm really scared that I might have an emergency out on the road somewhere and that my phone will be acting up!

I'm thinking about buying a second phone just to protect myself from the problems I have with this one.

I should not need to depend on my groundline after I paid so much money for my cel.

When I deal with non-working equipment, it makes me think all they make nowadays is expensive trash.  It enrages me and makes me wish the people making it were never born.

In comparison, we have a groundline phone that is about 50 years old or even older that still works like a charm.

I would like to see someone start a company that builds good-working equipment that lasts forever like they used to when I grew up.

I think why no one does is that it isn't "financially feasible."  It's more cost efficient to degrade and insult their customers by selling things that are made to break.
