My solar system is functioning but the "data module" has not been connected to the internet for more than 2 years. As such, Kilowatt Financial has not been receving any data on energy production from the solar system. However, they continue to send a "Production by Month" graph that shows the apparent energy production. Clearly, this is fabricated as the system has not sent them any data. This is not the first time they have made stuff up on the billing statement. The folks at customer support are clueless, but they are not the ones gaming the system.
The fraud is perpetrated by the senior level leadership team. Hopefully, others will report simialar stories and eventually a law enforcement fraud investigation will nab those involved.
