The motor broke on my G2 Max electric scooter after 30 days of use. I contacted the company through email and was asked to create a video of the problem which I did. I then was told that it needs a new motor and they will get one for me. That was nearly 2 weeks ago after multiple attempts of contacting them to find out the status of the motor delivery. I have yet to have an answer. They said they sent it to the After sale operations and they'll get back to me. Meanwhile, I spent over $800 on a scooter. I cannot drive . I did not realize that this company is based out of China, and the customer service is based out of China and all the related parts to get shipped or based out of China.  Because it had USA in the name, it threw me off and I regret purchasing from this company. You spent a lot of money for a scooter and you get poor warranty and service. Don't buy from this company.
