Leaf Healthcare promoted by Indiegogo Leaf On 11/23/2020 ordered a face mask and paid $125.66. After months of inquiry no facemask and no meaninful response.
11/23/2020 Ordered a UVA facemask from Leaf Healthcare and paid $125.66.
12/19/2020 I had created an acount with Leaf and was unable to locate my order. I wrote Leaf with my concern.
12/19/2020 Leaf generates auto response that my report has been received and is being reviewed by support staff.
12/19/2020 Leaf responds with "Leaf UV is currently in production and we expect shipping to start before month-end. Moreover, Leaf UV videos will be posted on our website soon so stay tuned!
We thank you for your support and we look forward to having your Leaf Masks delivered to your doorstep very soon!"
1/5/2021 Wrote Leaf "Following up on my initial inquiry, I logged onto Leaf to determine if my order was listed. A little concerning that there is no pending order. I appreciate the last update regarding expected shipping, but if my order is not with shipping or in the system I will not receive the product."
1/5/2021 Leaf responds "Thanks for reaching out and our most sincere apologies for the delays.
As per our most recent update, Leaf UV is still in assembly and will be dispatched the soonest." *See the month prior email from Leaf regarding currently in production and shipping before month end, i.e. December, 2020. 1/18/2021 I wrote to Leaf "I appreciate the assorted problems with our current business climate. However, the shipment of my November 23, 2020 order was expected to take place in December of 2020. Half way through January 2021 I have not received my order. If my order is not shipped on or before January 20, 2021 with a delivery date no later than January 27, 2021, cancel my order and credit the cancelled sale to my charge account. Please confirm either shipping or cancellation of my order with as credit to my charge card."
The kicker! The Leaf website provides a not too subtle threat of delayed refunds if you report them. "If you do not wish to wait for the delivery even after the order is placed or at any point before your order is shipped please feel free to reach us at [email protected]. We shall process the cancellation and refund immediately. Please do not chargeback or report as fraud, we assure you that you will receive a much faster resolution by reaching us directly. Thank you for your continued support." I reached the directly, yet I am here writing this complaint.
