Imagine being told, for around 200 days over a span of 9 to 10 months, that someone will be arriving at a specific time to deliver a product and service. However, they repeatedly delay their arrival or simply don't show up at all, even though you paid for this service almost a year ago.

Roughly nine months ago (in December 2022, to be exact), I purchased batteries and an inverter from Lincoln Ramatsebe Power Solutions through Tsediso Ramatsebe, the owner's son who was employed by the company at the time. Regrettably, I have not yet received the promised products or services.

Ripoffreport Report Image

Despite their constant reassurances and commitments to resolve the issue, they have consistently failed to fulfill their promises. This cycle of promises broken has continued almost every day, accompanied by various excuses, requests for additional funds, and continued delays.

I've meticulously kept a record of all our interactions, noting their promises and subsequent lack of follow-through. In an effort to address the situation, they even offered extra batteries and solar panels to make up for the inconvenience caused. This gesture made me somewhat patient, likely part of their strategy to further delay me. However, since even these promises were made months ago and remain unfulfilled, I have reached a point where I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction.

They have provided several explanations for the ongoing delays. Initially, they attributed the delay to the owner's son, who handles deliveries, being unavailable due to intoxication and a subsequent minor accident during the first week of our engagement. Later, they cited other reasons, including an incident where the owner was allegedly hijacked. While these explanations could be plausible, their subsequent actions have cast doubt on their sincerity.

Additionally, there have been instances where they claim to have inadvertently sold equipment meant for my use. This came after the owner, Lincoln Ramatsebe, stated that I was no longer his responsibility and that Tsediso Vincent Ramatsebe should handle the matter. It's worth noting that at the beginning of this issue, Lincoln himself claimed on several occasions that he would personally install the products, which never happened. This raises ethical concerns and questions their professionalism.

There are a few more instances to mention. I was informed at one point that an employee of theirs took my equipment home, leading to a police involvement in retrieving it. I cannot verify the accuracy of this claim. Tsediso also mentioned that they hired external service providers to deliver and install the equipment, but this also did not materialize.

At one stage, Johan Oliphant (Apparently ex Eskom employee) entered the scene as a new partner in the company. He expressed shock at the treatment I had received and acknowledged that I was the only client treated this way, a sentiment echoed by both Lincoln and Tsediso. Despite this, Johan was unwilling to address the issue without requesting additional payment. Given that I had already paid extra twice to expedite the process to no avail, I hesitated to pay more without actual progress and offered to pay when someone arrives. He refused, offering a refund the next day or days later. Tsediso mentioned this as a way to almost get rid of me as a problem. By that point, several months had passed, the Rand had weakened, and the products had become more expensive. This approach seemed unfair to me, considering the stress of the situation, loss of time  and loss of business I experienced due to the lack of electricity despite having paid for a solution.

Everyone involved in this matter has provided the worst service imaginable, short of outright scamming. I have yet to be convinced otherwise through the actual receipt of the promised products and services. I candidly told Tsediso Vincent Ramatsebe that their treatment of me has been worse than dirt. His response acknowledging even worse treatment raises the question of why the issue remains unresolved.

Despite the considerable passage of time, these delays and unfulfilled commitments persist up to the present day. This ongoing situation has left me disheartened and compelled to seek intervention from the Consumer Commission. If this matter is not addressed soon, my next step will involve reporting this to the police.

Note everyone in the picture disappeared except Tsediso who has remained in contact, but with empty promises.

It's perplexing how any business can operate with such disregard for customers and their commitment to service.

update. Why Tsediso claims he disappeared for 6 days since Valentines day. He has said he wants to resolve this matter once and for all we will see.

Today, Tsediso reached out to me after a six-day silence, a lapse in communication that feels unjustifiable regardless of the circumstances. He offered an explanation, claiming that he had been detained by the police the previous week due to suspicions regarding the ownership of the equipment. However, I remain skeptical, as he provided no evidence to support his claim, such as a case number. He may still provide this, we will see. I am hopeful, yet sceptical as this has been an ordeal that has gone on for over a year.

Despite his reassurances of wanting to resolve the matter, I find myself questioning both his sincerity and capability to do so. While I have tempered much of the anger stemming from a year of broken promises, my primary concern now is swift resolution. I await tangible steps from Tsediso to address this issue promptly.

We will see what happens next.

Promises were made and broken again by Tsediso Vince Vincent Rhamatsebe on many occasions and more money taken without delivery

In recent months, Tsediso has repeatedly made promises to rectify the situation, asserting his earnest desire to do so. However, these assurances have consistently fallen short, resembling fleeting whispers rather than tangible actions. His pledges to appear have become a tapestry of excuses and unfulfilled commitments, woven with threads of dubious reliability.

At times, Tsediso cited personal emergencies, such as his mother's hospitalization, as reasons for his absence. On other occasions, he vanished into thin air without a trace or explanation, leaving weeks of silence in his wake. Despite invoking the divine in promises of resolution, his subsequent disappearances have only fueled skepticism rather than faith.

Just when a sliver of hope emerged, Tsediso's supposed sister, Mntombi, interjected, pleading for yet another chance on his behalf. An arrangement was tentatively set, with promises to reconcile and deliver finally appearing within reach. Yet, as if caught in a game of chance, I found myself reluctantly wagering on his word once more, this time with monetary stakes.

The saga continued its tiresome cycle as Tsediso's assurances morphed into elusive whispers. With the promise of imminent arrival on Valentines day 2024, he sought financial support for logistical expenses, only to vanish again, leaving behind a trail of broken promises and unmet expectations. Each interaction with him felt akin to navigating a labyrinth of deception, with no end in sight.

As his excuses piled higher than the purported equipment in storage, doubts about the legitimacy of his enterprise grew more profound. His sudden vanishing acts, punctuated by desperate pleas for assistance, painted a portrait of instability and unreliability. Even his family's purported concern seemed a mere facade, juxtaposed against the backdrop of his prolonged disappearances.

At this juncture, I find myself contemplating the validity of Tsediso's claims and the authenticity of his intentions. With each passing day of silence, doubts about the veracity of his promises gnaw at the edges of trust. The prospect of betrayal looms large, casting shadows of suspicion over every interaction.

In the realm of business partnerships, where trust forms the bedrock of collaboration, Tsediso's track record instills not confidence but caution. His recurrent pattern of broken promises and evasive maneuvers raises red flags, prompting one to question the integrity of any future dealings. If even the faintest glimmer of hope remains, it is shrouded in a fog of skepticism, clouded by the lingering echoes of unfulfilled promises and shattered trust.

His sister said this to me at one point "I didnt want to be involved because there is no way I can defend him"

"I can show show you emails I sent defending him and people just saying this is wrong"

Make of that what you will.

Here is a picture of him taken from his ID book, he sent it to me a few weeks ago as if it was a way to show me he was genuine.

Almost 1 year to the day and nothing has been done. These people are horrible. They are most likely fraudsters, scammers and criminals. Note I said most likely, but its 1 year.

They have continued to *** me around. Tsediso asked me to make a plan to fetch the equipment from him last Friday. I hired a pickup truck from a friend and sent him to collect it. He pretended he was on his way and delayed my friend for almost 2 hours and did not arrive. He hasn't even apologized. I am pursuing legal action at this point.

Here is a picture of Johan Oliphant his father's business partner who with Tsediso's father denies I exist as a client and is possibly ripping off other clients in a similar manner. If you want to do business with them, be mindful iof what they did to me.

After posting this review more than a week ago I am still not taken seriously or made a priority.

After posting reviews on Ripoff.com and Hello Peter about a week ago, I was assured that the situation would be addressed. Tsediso Vincent Rhamatsebe even conveyed the commitment, stating, "I'm going to try my level best communicating today" and "And get this done as many people are s**t pissed." This suggests that all involved parties are aware of the ongoing matter. However, it appears that Tsediso is the sole person engaging with me and asserting efforts. I use the term "asserting" because the issue remains unresolved.

Nonetheless, the pattern of promises he made never materialized. He provided specific timeframes that were subsequently pushed back repeatedly, extending the delay for nearly 10 months.

I highlighted the lack of effective communication, prompting Tsediso to acknowledge, "My communicating is disgusting I know very well." If he recognizes this issue, then why hasn't he taken steps to address it?

Even though he acknowledged treating me in a reprehensible manner, using his own words like "worse than dirt," he continues to perpetuate such behavior.

If other individuals are equally upset, why aren't they also making an effort to rectify the situation?

This experience stands out not only as the most disappointing service encounter I've ever had but also as the most deplorable treatment by another individual, excluding physical harm.

To call their service and product delivery disgusting would be an understatement and I am yet to be shown it's not fraud as I have received nothing.

postponed writing reviews for several months due to their lasting impact. I am even deferring other reviews, like the ones on Google, but the situation has reached a point where I feel compelled to take action. Despite my attempts to avoid it, they are not offering any assistance. While many have advised me to go to a police station, I've been trying to delay that step. However, my patience has run out. Time is a luxury I can't afford right now, just as I haven't had the time to write these reviews. My hope is that these reviews will motivate these individuals to make the ethically responsible choice.
