On July 5, 2023, I bought what I was told to be Live Rock for my aquarium from U.S. Live Rock, from looking at the website and the pictures and I even called the company just to make sure everything was good, I paid $59.00 for the merchant to send me his live rock, 2 days later I received a box from U.S Live Rock, I opened it up and the first thing I was greeted with was a real rank smell, it was real bad, being new I had no idea what to do or if it was good or bad, I emailed the merchant without any reply, I just had no idea. I contacted a group on Facebook who gave me allot of good advice on what I should have received, the smell was a good indicator that the rock was dead - live rock should always be kept wet, when I received the rock it was dry.
The facts are, I ordered what was supposed to be something live and in fact it was dead, I emailed the merchant without any reply, I didn't receive what I paid for and the merchant will not give me back my money.
Please do not buy from this company, you will regret it.
