I purchased a Craftsman riding mower from Lowes. I recently requested service for repair. Its been two weeks.
Called the warranty company and low and behold they service americans from the Philliphines. They do not speak english very well.
They said they could not find anyone to service my riding mower. Its probably because they do not pay the previous repair bills. I want the mower replaced. When putting the mower in gear, it bangs.
I called Lowes some clerk said the manager was off today. She said Lowes was not responsible for the warranty company dealings.
They made their money off the sale of the extended warranty. They will not be getting any more business from me. I will broadcast the shrud business tactics of lowes.
