Took deposits and abandoned projects after destroying homes
Adalberta Marciano a slick contractor who worked for our company for two weeks receieved advance payments and failed to perform a felony in PA.
cashed checks totaling over 10 k
Three homeowners were left with a lot of damage and improper work.
We fixed all issues at cost of over another 10 k & nbsp;
Adalberta promised refunds but all we receieved is excuses.
Filed complaints with PA AG and we don't accept to be reimbursed from this slick lying contractor.
i am a contractor and he is really the worst, only cares about deposit checks.
if your considering using Adalberta Marcano of Marcano Construction RUN RUN & nbsp;
LIAR and uses day laborers
your money is safer in the bank.
