He told me he will sell my 2 Rolex watches for very good price I gave it to him and he sold it for $110,000.00,in 3 days but only paid me $9,000.00 he said he doesn’t have money to pay

My name is jack panossian I writing because I’m very disappointed and upset with me. Porcello Since 2001 we have been working together Porcello jewelers in Seattle and porcello state buyers present in palm desert.
We had a good relationship with all the family members we worked together I was the Assayer doing services for the family melting their scraps (gold-platinum and silver) jewelry and I never signed any paperwork (memo-invoice ) when I get or receive packages from them they trusted me, do times past and recently I’m in financial situation and wanted to get cash for my 2 gold Daytona Rolex watches.
I was talking with Mark he said he has clients he can sell them for me really fast and I agreed he drove to my house we had dinner picked the watches and extra boxes left without any paperwork I trusted him like he did to me. Following day we discuss that clasps needed some polishing so it looks better and he did that serviced done in downtown Los Ángeles and 3 days after he sold the watches to a buyer in Florida he got paid $110,000.00 dollars for them.
Initially he was supposed to confirm with me the selling price but didn’t and told me over the phone he sold it $100,000.00. I was disappointed but I agreed to that price because I needed so bad, I was told he got E-check.
Few days later I talked with him about me getting paid he started dragging he said he is sick and cannot see me tune passed we got together in desert on off the casinos that he gamble and hand me only 10% check of what he owes me telling me he can’t do more because he applied for SBA loan.
he needs a few days I agreed to that also reminding him I need the money desperately time passed he started not answering my calls and text And one day I called him with another phone when I told him I’m going to report him he said I will break your neck. I was so shocked I sold and exchanged their jewelry millions of millions dollars worth and paid them back every penny.
Now this is what I get returned So i reported him with Pasadena police officer and started a case (by the way we looked him out he had a criminal record in Seattle chocking his wife or girlfriend) Please don’t work with them scammers If you need I have text proof of communications Email me [email protected] and I can provide them to you thanks for reading story
