I am sorry to hear that you feel you experienced problems with your Ultimate Traders Package education. Your comments are both disturbing and hopeful to me. I am a little disturbed that your questions were not answered to your satisfaction. I am hopeful that because of feedback like yours it allows us to grow as a company and strive to achieve our goal of giving the best customer service in our industry.
Your question regarding how much money you should invest is not a question that is not appropriate for our company to answer. We are an education company, not a broker, so we cannot make any guarantees on how much you will make, suggest any trades or any amount you should trade. But we can train you to understand the market to ensure you are educated enough to decide if the trade fits within your comfort zone to execute.
Our education is not any different from a student learning to be a Surgeon. There are no short cuts to perform surgery. A medical student must learn the procedure as well as use all of the available tools to complete the surgery correctly. To make educated decisions in Forex trading, you have to find a good education and use the available tools. The Ultimate Traders education, is not a get rich scheme, it is an education. It teaches a person the basics of the Forex Market as well as MTI strategies, so you can be better informed about each trade you execute.
Our refund policy is not only attached to our education contract, it is posted on our website. Based on the contract that you signed, it outlined the four phase refund policy and not a straight 30 day refund policy. MTi stands 100% behind our refund policy. If all of the refund criteria are met within in the refund guarantee, MTI will refund 100% of the clients money.
MTI takes our responsibility for our product, service and reputation very seriously. To eliminate, some of the incorrect statements published about MTI, we have implemented stringent new client polices. To prove that we are not out scam anyone.
Currently, all new clients review their specific information, with multiple people before they even start the education. The sales rep reviews the finance contract, the UTP purchase and the Company refund policy before they move forward. After the sales rep speaks with the client he sets them with an appointment with our Orientation specialist. The first part of the orientation is to again review the finance contract, UTP Purchase and the company refund policy. If there are any major questions or misunderstandings the client is referred to the Sales Manager for clarification. If the Sales Manager cannot resolve the misunderstanding, then the contract is canceled, and we part ways.
MTI wants to be as understanding with our clients as much as possible, to assist in this endeavor; we have hired a dedicated customer service team to assist, all of our clients in resolving any issues that may arise.
